The "punishment" is delivered before the trial -- not after. No judge or jury present. Is it a form of torture? Absolutely. No one could disagree with that.
Police need to be patient, be calming and be human.
Torture is not an option!

I have been tased and stunned as part of training and prefer that to pepper spray or other chemical agents that have long lasting efects. It is just a jolt from a 9 volt battery after all.report abuse
