A representative from Collins' office will meet with residents from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the town hall, 13 Murray St.
Staff Assistant Chuck Mahaleris will be able to provide assistance with federal issues and agencies, such as Social Security, veterans' affairs, citizenship and immigration, according to information provided by Collins' office.
"Constituents are always welcome to visit any of those offices for help with issues they're having with a federal agency or just to voice their opinions on federal issues," said Collins' communications director Kevin Kelley.
"But, Senator Collins also recognizes that it can be difficult, especially for senior citizens or residents living in rural areas, to travel to one of her offices. That is why she asks her staff to routinely hold local office hours all across the state."
