Keith R. Nadeau, of Biddeford, had pleaded no contest to a charge of indecent conduct that occurred July 24 in Winthrop.
On Monday in Kennebec County Superior Court, Justice Michaela Murphy sentenced him to 90 days in jail, with credit for 90 days served.
Police reports say Nadeau exposed himself to a 13-year-old at a four-day music camp at Winthrop High School, and the boy reported the incident to his parents.
In exchange for the plea in Kennebec County, prosecutors dismissed charges of visual sexual aggression against a child and violation of conditions of release.
Nadeau was out on bail on the Franklin County charges at the time the Winthrop incident occurred; bail conditions banned him from contact with children. However, the camp operator had obtained permission from the Franklin County district attorney's office to allow Nadeau to work at the Winthrop camp under her supervision.
Nadeau has been on probation since Oct. 14, when he was sentenced to nine months in jail on the Franklin County charges. He was given credit for the nine months he has already served.
Conditions of probation ban him from unsupervised contact with children younger than 18, except for his immediate family.
