Selectmen will see the agreement at their regular meeting, 6:30 p.m. at the Town Office.
Litchfield Rescue members respond to emergencies while Gardiner Ambulance provides transportation services for the town.
Town Manager Michael Byron said $8,000 was budgeted for this year's service. However, the town picks up the tab when people fail to pay.
Selectmen also will consider a request from Mel Cole to advertise for a grant administrator for a housing rehabilitation grant. The town obtained a $10,000 planning grant to help get a larger amount to do housing rehabilitation.
Byron said he will update selectmen on several issues:
* a note that 30 percent of the anticipated excise tax for the year has come in during the first quarter;
* a notice from Codes Enforcement Officer Steve Ochmanski that the town has received applications for 15 building permits for new housing; and
* a report that donations to the Litchfield Fuel Fund have totaled more than $3,500, $1,575 of which was raised at a recent golf tournament.
