In order, the hearings are on:
* Cleveland Street Retreat LLC's application to subdivide part of the Pellerin Campground off Vassalboro Road, by creating a condominium form of ownership for cabins, including an application to waive subdivision road requirements for existing roads;
* A proposed amendment to Jason and Melissa Finley's subdivision on Weeks Mills Road to create two new lots; and
* Carl Farris's application for a 72-foot-by-100-foot addition on the main building at Lakeview Lumber Company on Lakeview Drive, including an application for earthmoving exceeding 100 cubic yards.
