Crockett, a lifelong Augusta resident, is a member of the Insurance & Financial Service Committee. She retired after 27 years with John Hancock Financial Services and also worked as a lobbyist.
She is a member of the Kennebec Historical Society, Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, Friends of Flat Iron Building, Capital Riverfront Improvement District, board member of the Children's Center, and assistant treasurer of the Maine State Democratic Party.
Crockett and her husband, Bob Crockett, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary this year.
