In December, board members heard residents' comments and a presentation on the plan, including discussion of proposed traffic changes on Route 3.
Hannaford officials propose a 35,000-square-foot supermarket plus a parking lot to be built as the first phase of a project off Windsor Road just south of Route 3. The second phase is a 20,000-square-foot retail building with more parking, to be built when tenants are available.
In cooperation with the state Department of Transportation, the company plans to install a traffic light at the intersection of Windsor Road and Route 3; to narrow Route 3 to a single lane each way approaching the light; and to reconfigure the intersection of Route 3 and Lakeview Drive.
Planning Board members may decide Tuesday whether to approve the project, or they may continue discussion to a future meeting.
After the Hannaford hearing, the board is scheduled to talk with representatives of Cleveland Street Retreat LLC, owners of part of the Pellerin Campground off Vassalboro Road on the west basin of China Lake, about their proposal to convert rental cabins to user-owned "cabiniums."

MONMOUTH -- School Committee members will hear a presentation about the condition of the school buildings during their regular meeting, 5 p.m. Monday, in the Monmouth Academy Library.
Mike McCormick will present the building audit results, which will outline the conditions of the buildings and any priority issues that need to be addressed.
Committee members will also review a financial summary for the School Department, hear reports from administrators and hear an update on the school consolidation process. Vassalboro maydecide subdivision
VASSALBORO -- At Tuesday's meeting, Planning Board members are scheduled to review, and perhaps act on, the final plan for a 12-lot subdivision on Stone Road near the Mudgett Hill Road intersection.
Greg O'Halloran, representing himself and co-owner Peter Bragdon, presented an initial 11-lot plan at the board's December meeting. Lots range in size from a little over an acre to almost an acre and a half, all fronting on Stone Road.
Also on Tuesday's agenda is an application to rebuild Evans Lister's house that was destroyed by fire. The building site is in the Outlet Stream shoreland zone.
The board meets at 7 p.m. in the Town Office meeting room.
