CHINA -- Erskine Academy has extended its academic year by three days to compensate for snow days. Students will attend school Monday through Wednesday, June 16-18. The school will dismiss students at 11:30 a.m. each of those days, and teachers will participate in workshops during those three afternoons. In extending the school year, Erskine is complying with a state law requiring schools offer 175 days of instruction.
