FAIRPOINT PLAN TARGETS DEBT
PORTLAND -- The telecommunications company FairPoint Communications Inc.'s debt would be cut by nearly two-thirds under its bankruptcy reorganization plan filed Monday, but the company said the reorganization won't prevent it from expanding broadband Internet in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
