BJNich, read the whole story first before commenting. He was using a stripper LURE.. It was a Chug Bug lure -- a 4-inch long lure with three small hooks on the end -- snagged Gibbs' shirt near his shoulder. Get the facts!! And all the ones that are putting in negative comments, it must be nice to be so perfect that you have no problems in your life. Just because he jumped off a bridge does not mean he is CRAZY.. He has an ILLNESS!report abuse

I cannot help but wonder, how the comments would differ, if it were your son, brother, father, who attempted suicide? Would you then show any empathy? Would you then appreciate the fact that someone saved this man's life?report abuse

After they fix him up at the Taxpayers expense I hope at least someone shows him how to commit suicide correctly next time so we all wont be wasting money on him over and over.report abuse

Get ready for more money taken from your pockets, dear tax payers. If someone is crazy and depressed enough to commit suicide, they're going to do it. Nothing will stop them.report abuse
