One thing you can always count on, liberals to start the name calling game. To them facts are never important or presented, rather how one "feels" about something is more important. The logic behind their thinking is rarely explained. Barrack Obama can say things like:"But," Obama said, "The Supreme Court never ventured into the issues of redistribution of wealth and sort of more basic issues of political and economic justice in this society. And to that extent, as radical as I think people tried to characterize the Warren Court, it wasn't that radical. It didn't break free from the essential constraints that were placed by the founding fathers in the Constitution, as least as it's been interpreted, and Warren Court interpreted in the same way that, generally, the Constitution is a charter of negative liberties, says what the states can't do to you, says what the federal government can't do to you, but it doesn't say what the federal government or the state government must do on your behalf. And that hasn’t shifted."
Negative Liberties? excuse me Mr. President leave my Constitution alone.
He can say things like that and it is not a problem.report abuse

The Augusta Tea Party Rallr was very informative and was exciting to see so many Mainers standing up for the US Constitution. This leagal document protects all are rights. The folks at the rally were standing up for all Mainers. Even the people who live in glass houses and throw rocks at them. Thank you to the folks who put the rally on and for Paul Lapage, candidate for governor, for coming and standing with us.report abuse
