Yes the folks in Augusta need to be worried. They work for the tax payers of this state, and those tax payers are taking notice, and are not happy.
Why do I have to pay $1.00 to drive from Richmond to Augusta? Oh yea so I don't destroy my car on Rt24.
Are ya hearing me Seth?report abuse

OK, after reading the other post from (cinnamon90)
It appears to be another gay activist trying to stir the pot.
And CIN, your grand parents would be ashamed of you.report abuse

working4u: Nicely said. Thank you for your statement, you hit the nail on the head.

cinnamon90: Your right, the only thing anyone knows about you is that you are gay and a product of politically correct leftist brain washing. As for the rest of the garbage your are spouting, save it for the next go round. And as for your arguments about grandma and grandpa, gays don't even come close to knowing the pains of those issues.
Buck up dude and stop playing the victim.
oops was that GB?report abuse

Well, in all truth, contrary to some of the posts here and in the K.J. articles, I was only ashamed to be a Mainer 6-months ago when our "elected" governor baldacci signed the gay marriage bill into law. Last Tuesday, I was again PROUD TO BE A "MAINER"! The "yes on 1" supporters soundly defeated the "no on 1" supporters, without the millions to help support the "no on 1" agenda. What I find most disturbing, however, is the shift in the "hate" messages from the "no on 1" supporters. I now feel like the discriminated party, being a heterosexual married(to a woman), middle-class white person. Basically, the only "hate" I have seen lately comes from the "no on 1" supporters. It began with the violence at the petition-gathering stations, the posts here, the biased Kennebec Journal articles, and the tearing down of "yes on 1" political signs prior to the vote. But, what hurts most, is the most recent comments by the "no on 1" supporters. They are basically stating that once the older folks in our state(who still have morals) "die", then they will be back to revisit this issue again, and again, and again, and again, and again until they have a "new" generation of brainwashed children who are eligible to vote and will "support their cause". NO MEANS NO!!!! I just hope that I will be one of the "old" people who will die before I have to see the gay marriage initiative come to light. What a sad place Maine will be if this ever happens. If you are so ashamed to live here, then "LEAVE"! The 53% of us can then live our lives in peace.report abuse
