another band-aid fix for a stab wound... try living with-in your means, just because the online mortgage lender says you can afford a 300, 000 dollar home on min. wage doesnt mean you should sign on the line. anyone who runs with an A.R.M is just setting themselves up for failure to begin with. Is anyone surprised that this is happening? shouldn't be....report abuse
