WHAT????!!!! Allow Maine home buyers to "buy more house" then they could afford under ordinary market rules???? For goodness sakes that is how this country got into this mess!!!report abuse

Sounds great but the comment "it allows first time buyers to get more house" worries me. That is part of the problem...people getting into too much house and either not being able to afford it, or not changing their financial behavior which has kept them from being able to save money for a down payment, the old fashioned way.report abuse
