It's a little know fact that Arnold did indeed capture Quebec City. I have a color picture in my attic that was taken when that happend.report abuse

Everyone knows Benedict Arnold tried but failed to seize Quebec City. This failure was a major setback in the Revolutionary War.report abuse

I think you need to check your historic facts. Either that or they didn't teach me the proper history in school. Benedict Arnold never successfully captured or "seized" Quebec City. He put it under siege in late 1775, but the city forces never surrendered to him. His army was forced to abandon their siege when British reinforcements arrived. in the spring of 1776.report abuse
