All that has been done is local, county, and state control has been transfered to the Federal Level. The only hint of truth I saw in there is the comment about the left wanting to take over our wells and septic systems. There is a movement that want to figure out how to extract revenue out of this. Don't think the "it's the people's water" is just a movement against Poland Springs..it's an effort to punish people thru taxes for not having public water. Same for those of us with a septic system..they will find a way to control you and punish you for not putting your waste water more under their control.report abuse
