I'm ecstatic. I just received a State benefit and I've never worked for the State. A State worker who is not working today just plowed out my driveway and he did it for free. Get to know a State worker and you too may receive free benefits and Xmas gifts from your government.report abuse

And perhaps all state employees whom take this morning off should either not get paid or use vacation time instead...NOT, you must know Baldacci will pay them all for not working. How many times will this happen this winter?report abuse

Nobody can point the finger at anyone else but the liberal, left-wing government in this state for the mess we now have. Imagine what condition the country will be in after two years of the "Savior's" reign. Saint Thomas or Canada is looking better all of the time.report abuse
