Personal Rights of Windsor, ME This society of engineers, like so many groups, is eager to discuss a problem but offers no real solutions. Was there an attachment to the report offering the services of the society at a deep discount when new projects need engineers? Or perhaps, was there a petition signed by all members offering to send extra tax monies to the state for road and bridge repair? The days of offering reports of problems have been here for a while, how about a report or two with solutions attached?? As we seek "growth" and "progress" we must begin to look at solutions addressing funding, personnel, and necessary changes that will make things better.report abuse
