In fact, some of the money saved could then be used to provide rehab services to the thousands of people who want and need it but don't have Mainecare or insurance. Also keep in mind that terms like "residents, citizen, taxpayer, person, etc." are euphemisms for men or women who are victims of the de facto government's extortion of credit schemes.
