Idiots! We are one of the coldest states in the nation and all this will accomplish is raising out electric bills and heating costs because they will pass the price of the offsets on to us!

I think I will start burning more plasitc in my trash pile. I am going to try and create more green house gasses with the hope that we warm this planet up a little.report abuse
