And if you want to see how fair and equitable Congress was back then during the time of passing the 14th Amendment, check out this link:

Don't forget, two homosexuals in San Fran Sicko were allowed to hang a Palin (a.k.a. white woman) effigy from the eves of their house, and got away with it.

The Left harps about being "tolerant." I grow intolerant of their intolerance to anyone's viewpoint but their own.

Scuzzy Smiff summed it up well in a previous posting: "We need a National Rally Day for all the angry, Left Wing Nuts to get together and sing, and cry and grope each other so they can legitimize their own hatred, intolerance and anger."

Apply the standard fairly, or not at all.report abuse

I think somebody better read the Dred Scott v. Sanford case again.

The decision of Dred Scott v Sanford didn't free the slaves or give people of color and their descendent's the right to have standing to sue in Federal courts. It was the Slaughter-House Cases that employed the use of the 1865 version of the Thirteenth Amendment that freed the slaved and the 14th Amendment that created a class of citizenship under the protection of the Federal jurisdictions.report abuse

The only person who is confused, Nelson, is you.

Well, no, that's not fair. You are not the only one confused. Patriotgirl is also confused. She appears to beleive that there was no 1st Amendment prior to her enlistment and that she's the only person in this country who has ever served. The two of youse ought to go out on a date. You two have much to discuss.report abuse
