Governor B, you were in trouble WAY before the national recession was even on the radar screen. Excessive taxation to support a bloated government has sunk your ship and created a state of government-dependent poor people.

Cut the state government payroll in half, but don't start with education. I have seen how useless state government can be in other departments, with employees standing around all day talking about when they get their thirty years in so that they can retire on their pennies.

The party is over, and there are tough cuts to make. Will Mainers finally have the intelligence to make a wise choice at the ballot box next time? I doubt it.report abuse

figher, no personal issue with this person but I,ve seen her in action. She uses her power for her own personal gain. I am lucky to be able to work and blog at the same time on issues of interest. When a person like this could be cut to give 4 other people a job that makes sence to me. This person is not highly educated shes just like a peice of dust and needs to be swepted away so someone who cares can better manage our tax dollors for the service shes incharge of. FIGher are you blogging on state time or are you out early?report abuse
