So, we should vote for Collins so she will be able to help other Republicans block initiatives from an Obama Administration. Brilliant! Didn't know that the KJ was such a fan of gridlock.

Or, we should vote for Collins so she can "do more" for Maine? Are you calling for her to "bring home the bacon"? Have you cleared THAT line with McCain?

TYPICAL KJ fence-sitting....report abuse

Collin's TV ads were brilliant. After the election someone in the media should interview Collins' campaign manager, Steve Abbott. I believe he was Collins's Chief of Staff since she entered the Senate.report abuse

EVEN IF COLLINS WERE ALL YOU SAY THAT WOULD MAKE HER AN EXCEPTION IN THE ROTTON REPUBLICAN SENATE BARRELL.THE LEADERSHIP IN THE REPUBLICAN SENATE HAS BEEN SOUTHERN AND MUCH MORE CONSERVATIVE THAN MAINE AS A WHOLE,AND THERE IS EVERY INDICATION IT WILL REMAIN SO.BY THE TIME MITCHELL HAD SERVED AS LONG AS MAINE'S JUNIOR SENATOR HE WAS MAJORITY LEADER MAKING HIS PARTIES POLICIES WHILE COLLINS MAIN STRENGTH SEEMS TO BE STANDING INDEPENDENT OF HERS(BUT NOT ON KEY ISSUES TO BUSH), AND BEING ABLE TO REACH ACROSS PARTY LINES. WHEN MITCHELL REACHED ACROSS PARTY LINES HE BROUGHT HIS WHOLE PARTY WITH HIM. HOW MANY REPUBLICANS CAN COLLINS BRING?AND OUR COUNTRY WENT TO WAR OVER WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION THAT DON'T EXIST!DON'T EXIST!THAT IS HUNDREDS OF BILLIONS OF DOLLORS AND THOUSANDS OF LIVES. HOW INTELLIGENT WAS THAT? AND SHE SUPPORTED IT! ONE BILLION DOLLORS AND COUNTING IS MAINE'S SHARE OF THAT POLLUTED PIE AND COLLINS HELPED SERVE IT UP! THE K.J. HAS ALWAYS BEEN REPUBLICAN, NOW IT'S JUST LESS HONEST ABOUT BEING SO.report abuse

Collins may only have voted with the Republicans 67% of the time, however, every SINGLE time the Republican party has needed her vote she has voted with them.report abuse
