While it may seem to make sense to join this program, is any provision being made to align the testing an curriculum so that students are actually being tested on what they are being taught.?

For those of you who will glom on to this because it saves money while you scream for local control need to understand that this is one area where you will certainly be giving up a lot of local control. The curriculum will, or at least should, now be driven by the New England Compact rather than local districts or even the state in order to coordinate with the testing program.
