Ms. Mitchell or any number of these local democrats are useless, I say that from a stand point of having needed assistance with a matter and they would do absolutely nothing.

I am voting for Kim Davis.report abuse

The last time our legislature was in session, Mitchell introduced 32 bills [check this out for yourself at maineVotes.org]. Do we really need 32 new laws? She even contributed to LD 2447, which is hopefully to be slapped down soon with a resounding statewide yes vote on Question 1.
It does not matter how nice or thoughtful she may be. She is nevertheless entirely misguided. The answer to Maine's problems is not to throw more government at bad government. The answer is to get government out of the way of real progress. Coming up with 32 ideas for growing the size of government is not the way to go. Let's not send her back to the dome. We deserve better.report abuse

I am sick and tired of listening to the same ole’ political rhetoric from the same ole’ political candidates in this State. Any person capable of researching facts will realize how much, or (in this case) how little Libby Mitchell has actually accomplished in 16 years. I applaud Ms. Mitchell for her public service, but I would applaud even louder if she were to step down and give Kim Davis the job.

This State, like our Nation, is in serious trouble -- people want change everywhere, so let’s start in Augusta. I’m voting for Kim Davis for Senate………let’s give her a chance to make a difference -- because after all, something different would be better than no change at all.report abuse
