I purchased a chihuahua from this woman and she was definately raising them for sale and not as pets - her type of love is not what I think is loving animals - she definately did not take care of her animals - I purchased a dog in an effort to at least rescue one of the poor being in her care. This dog had fleas, false health records and was extremely afraid of all males. He son lived with her so one can only imagine what harm was done to these dogs physically. I for one am glad this case was not dropped. she has had many complaints and it is about time we get rid of at least one puppy mill.report abuse

it appears she was try to make a living ends meat with dogs . people sometimes become attached to their pets. they are almost like family. they have personalities the thing that worries me with her is her age. right now she is hyped up her freedom is in jeopardy she is elderly. 78 my dad died at 81. what is going to happen to her when this is over. going through something like this burns a person out. if she wins i think she will be estactic but if she loses it will be catastrohic. what the DA should do is set up a plea where she is allowed only so many like 3 or 4 animals might be her best bet but i am hoping she wins this thingreport abuse

No matter what happend with the whole judge thing, she was in the WRONG and needs to know that, along with her family.
I love animals dearly, I would not take in a million of them though because I know I cannot afford to keep that many healthy.report abuse

my2cents you dont threaten me. i have lightened up on the catnip more then you know. there is alot of corruption in the courts and this women i believe has gotten the short end of the stick. there was a judge change and that was strategic on the DAs part. they got a judge in there that went there ways. they other judge was on her side. what happens if she should get a not guilty verdict. the state owes her she can file a lawsuit against the state .report abuse
