This guy's been around MSEA (an organization that's made a career of wasting money defending people who are WRONG) way too long. Time to be a man Timmy & take a little responsibility for acting like a tool!report abuse

In response to Mr. Ricker's comment of September 16, I don't recall that anyone has specifically stated that Mr. Belcher is guilty of the charge(s) against him. On the other hand, it is very clear that the MSEA Executive Director intentionally detained the UPS driver. Given the fact that Mr. Belcher is an attorney, he of all people should have understood the ramifications of his actions. It should be noted that Mr. Belcher's actions (sitting in front of the UPS truck with arms crossed) is costing the tax payers greatly for police time, court costs, and time lost by UPS. Such actions taken by someone who is over 50 years of age seems more like that of a child and a spoiled one at that!!!report abuse

Just like everyone else who has posted here, I have no idea what the facts of this case are since I was not there at the time and place of this incident. But Tim Belcher (just like any other American) is presumed innocent of any charges against him until he is proven guilty. Anyone who says they're for "freedom" and "justice" but wants to assume someone is guilty of anything before they have a trial by a jury of their peers is a complete hypocrite.report abuse
