Dear friends of Father Roy,

I thoroughly enjoyed this article about my friend Father Jim Roy. The first priest I met when I first visited Maryknoll in July 1961 was Fr. Roy. He was leaving that same day to board a steamship in NY harbor to sail to Africa.
Forty seven years later, he is still enthusiastically witnessing to God's graces.
May Father Jim have many blessings in the years ahead.
