They should put up a fence so as not to make the sidewalk strollers take notice.

No article has mentioned who the people were that filed the complaint, just that they witnessed it and objected. Everyone right off the bat assume that they were tourist visiting from away but I find that hard to believe. For one if they were just some weekly visitor I believe the cops would have just went through the motions and then this would have been a non-story. The cops live there too and this has been going on for years so it's not like something they have not seen before. No I believe this is( 1) someone who lives there and has a beef with the Black Frog or (2) some summer folks (out of staters) who happen to own property on the lake and don't think these type of activties to be the right kind of culture for them. Buy all the property up and then change the town to way you want it.report abuse

Since nobody in the restaurant objected, these 3 individuals may have a winning chance if they choose not to take the fine. If the complainers were "from away" I believe the police department would need to produce them in court as witnessesreport abuse
