Please take come courses on sexual deviation and sexual crimes. Look at the elevation (no pun intended) of criminal acts. When it comes to sexual crimes like exposure, the evevation could very well mean molestation, rape, kidnapping, etc. The man who exposed himself to me and many other Williams Elem girls (3rd thru 5th grade) on our way to school ended up eventually chasing a girl. Thank goodness he didn't catch up with her. I imagine he didn't want to "just talk" after his exposure. You MUST not have children, but even those childless SHOULD be able to empathize.
