mainecoonc91 of bucksport, ME - don't blame oil prices or politics for this one as this was the product of good old fashioned greed & dishonesty.
This pious gal has been plying her dishonest trade for over 4 years! (4 years ago oil was under 2 bucks a gallon.)

Nonny - I second the motion on both the tough sentence & the community service but I would also add restitution to the mix.report abuse

with the heating situation the way it is and the way the state is handling it you will see more and more of that because people simply cant afford the heating oil prices and to put it bluntly the state simply sweeps the issue under the rug and hopes it will go away. people dont want to freeze to death in their homes and are getting desperate and the state has taken no action on the issue. if the state was smart they know what is coming. the should declare a state of emergency now then federal money can come in as well as FEMA to prepare. florida declared a state state of emergency recently on tropical storm fay ahead of time they knew fay was comeing they prepared for it.report abuse

How sad. We hear about these situations with churches all the time. Trust is a wonderful thing, but money can lead to greed and theft. A checks and balances system should be set up in every church office. It's the needy community's money that gets stolen and those convicted of such crimes should not only get tough sentences, but we forced to do lots of community service work with the underpriviledged.report abuse
