I would like to congratulate the members of the committee on a job well done.

I am disappointed that my name will not be among the honored names of Randolph's favorite sons.

I will always consider myself to be the kid from Randolph and will be proud to see the name of my lifelong friend and the person I enlisted with on the "Buddy Plan" , Robert Leslie Goggin, on the memorial.

I guess serving your country and 3 years of your life during wartime means nothing.

Again, my congratulations to Peter Hanley and the committee on a job well done.
