A watchers permit would be as well received as the hated hiking permit idea. I think Smith’s point was they already have money to play with.report abuse

Right On!!!!It is also a bad year for Fly Strike which can kill an animal in a couple of days.
We pay and pay and pay with no guarentee of a permit.Even if you get one there is still no guarentee.Why not a watchers permit.We get em to pay $29.99 for a twin lobster special and mooose poop jewelry.This one would be easy to sell.report abuse
