IMPORTANT NOTE: Regardless of what you may think, PEDESTRIANS STILL HAVE THE RIGHT OF WAY. Everyone needs to be mindful of that, whatever the age. You need to be courteous not only to others behind the wheel, but also traffic on foot (and bicycles). You DON'T own the road.report abuse
