What or where is there confusion?

Neither Worley nor Turner did their jobs and for that both need to be removed from those positions. Excuses from the both of them are unnecessary and totally inadequate.

As for Clark, stick her butt into jail. Let her live conditions which are similar (although cleaner) to those she provided those defenseless animals.report abuse

I think the state should do society a favor and make an example of this case for everyone to see and read about. Sometimes it hurts but you just have to put that old dog down.report abuse
