micilio, just because you don't like to hike, don't mean you have to belittle ones that do. Have you ever followed an animal trail? I personally don't like to get down on my hands and knees and crawl under the thicket. Also their trails are very narrow and you would be loaded with ticks brushing against all the growth. We cleared trails on our land and now the deer use those! They will follow the easier trail too. They love snowmobile trails in the winter. I love hiking and appreciate the work they do to make them.report abuse

There are plenty of trails to follow in any piece of woods. The best trails to follow have already been provided by the animals that live there. They know where they are going and they know how to get out.If you need a trail to enjoy the outdoors, maybe stick with picture books!report abuse
