People don't care about this issues? This Rines comment is one of the dumbest, least informed things I have ever read. Thank God this man remains a loser and did not win.report abuse

Let's not forget to thank Mr. Rines for Regional Dispatch and all the problems that go along with that. Not only are calls being dropped they take alot longer to get help on the way and heaven forbid you call for somebody having a heart attack - you're put on hold for 5 minutes or more. No wonder Gardiner now hires all employees from out of town they've been fortunate enough not to have their lives affected by the Rines administrators and don't know any better!!report abuse

Glad to see the comments on this story. I was very fortunate to meet with him as I entered the polls as he was just outside the doors greeting every one (is that within the rules?)...Anyway, I greeted him back and told him exactly what I thought of the ad: The first 2 points talked about his and I couldn't understand WHAT this had to do with the issues. (After reading today's article, I now realize he thinks we don't care about issues! yeah.....) I also told him that I found his comment about his opponent's ability to find the bathroom nothing more than a tasteless slam. (Are we supposed to think she'll spend more time there than voting on the floor?) All I can say is PHEW in voicing my opinions to someone who is obviously out of touch with the voters. As for the victor - YOU GO GIRL!report abuse
