Candidates for office at all levels need to read the editorial's third from the last paragraph.

Running for office? Tell me your position on these points and what will you do to impact the situation. No negative campaigning required! The voters will decide who has the better proposal.report abuse

The articles are written for a print paper, and as such, need to break at certain points. The hyphens are put in to fill the break.report abuse
