Maine, like most of these United States of America, is a Common Law state. The People are The Sovereign and therefor have the Absolute Right of Visiting their Servants and have any and all information revealed to them. The only area of Privacy is with the Privacy of other Sovereigns. By the way, Maine, and most other States, is not a democracy, it is a Republican Form of Government. Read Blackstone and Coke with respect to the application of The Common Law and The Right of Visiting The Servants of The Sovereign. After all, is not The Government Our Servant?report abuse
