Isn't falsifying a police report a crime?

It's time that women started being treated equally to men as they worked so hard for.

One day in jail is too much for an innocent person. I know. I had a similar incident happen to me.

It is a shame that some protection orders are being abused by women who use them for leverage.report abuse

Seems like the DA forgot about the exculpatory evidence rule. And has spent more time holding a seemingly innocent man in jail instead of charging the woman with filing false police reports.

Besides, if he were found guilty, he'd be given 6 months with all but 5 days suspended so he spent more time in jail than had he been legally convicted. The people should, therefore, be happy.report abuse

Exactly! He should be compensated for his loss of wages, & loss of job (x5), and between the police, the DA's office, and the false claim of the woman, they should all share the cost.report abuse

"There are two places that women never push for equal rights"

Your assertion in regards to divorce court was correct. However, the second place women will never demand equal right in would be in being selected for a military draft.report abuse
