It may be time to revisit the idea of contracting services with the Kennebec County Sheriff's Office if it would be cost effective and provide the services we need.report abuse

It amazes me that municipal/state managers use the term "revenue". City, Town and State government do not generate "revenue". They do not manufacture anything, they do not grow anything, they do not sell anything. Acordingly, they DO NOT generate "revenue". Residents of Monmouth; what they actually DO is TAX you!

Taxes are not "revenue" they are Taxes. Its your money that comes out of your check every week. If it's anything it's YOUR "REVENUE". You generaterated it and they took it.report abuse
