He said/she said but the claim was INVESTIGATED. The guy even had a lawyer. It wasn't a trial so there was no real burden of proof, just plausible evidence that what she said was more likely the reason for her firing. If he indeed harrassed her, hopefully his business will suffer.
My butt got slapped one too many times as a college kid working in a grocery store in 1994. When I quit and he went after me for a bad check I cashed (the check verification machine was on the fritz and I had even checked ID) ...by withholding my tiny $104 paycheck, I took the bus to the federal labor board and reported him for not paying overtime for 3 years. Two weeks after I quit, federal officers showed up and spent 1 full week going thru his records. Mr. Tait of "Tait SuperValue" in Iowa had to pay 3 years worth of overtime to hundreds of employees (plus interest and fines) all because of butt slaps and a $104 check! I hope he never slapped another butt other than his own EVER again!report abuse

I see instead of looking at the facts you just jump on the bandwagon. I am not saying one way or the other I am just saying its alot of he said she said. I notice you didnt say anything about her documenting anything. An accusation is enough for you to convict this guy right? Like I said I dont know all the facts but her story is as crappy as his. We live in a world where CYA is everything and you must document bring others into meetings with you. How many people work at this place anyway?report abuse
