They should install solar lighting systems to keep energy costs down, and keep the park lit to keep those teenagers away. It's so close to the police station - one might think that occasional night patrols would be easy to do.report abuse

I would hope that "Phase 4" would involve stepping up security to keep the teens that are defacing the equipment at the park under control. It has been a huge problem for years and needs to stop.report abuse

There HAS to be better lighting at the Common. The main problem is the teens who use the park at night are defacing the gazebo and the playground equipment. There are energy efficient ways to make the park safe for everyone without adding costsreport abuse
