Quite interesting that Nivison is quoted as saying....... "The harm you committed can't be measured in terms of years and months," Nivison told Dupont. "In addition to the physical trauma, the emotional trauma is more permanent and more lasting."

.....yet, HE sentenced Dupont to 18 months, half of which he has already served in county jail!! You'd have better luck convincing me that it's cold in the desert at noon than that you really care about the poor child who suffered trauma that will effect her FOREVER! You had the chance to send a damn message here, YOUR HONOR, yet you didn't have the guts!
But, had this been YOUR child or YOUR grandchild, who'd been molested and forever harmed by this sicko, well... you can bet you'd have sent the dirt bag away for the maximum THEN, huh?

You should be ashamed of yourself, Your disHonor.report abuse

Jonathon, no matter how much momma Cathy denies it, her biddy widdle boy plead guilty. She obviously has the blinders glued on, but he's now on his way to meet his new roommate, that one-toothed biker named Mo who loves to play with soap.report abuse

His mom doesn't believe that he did it... So now he has someone to hide behind when he does it again.
