stupid motorcycles should have to adhere to the same noise restrictions of all other vehicles...the VERY loud blatting from those priceless harleys are far more annoying than thumping basereport abuse

"Or take your chances and pay $50, the fine if you're a first time offender."

No problem, the court costs associated with it will be FAR more than $50. Imagine, calling in at 9am on the day you are scheduled in court to tell them you are sick. They have no other choice than to reschedule your hearing. Hopefully the police officer that writes the ticket is already on his way.

So, a win-win for a financially stable person like me that is looking to bankrupt the state so we can fix it.

Ahh the joys of "nanny laws" and how to ultimately stick it to the state, again.

Looks like it's time for a drive.report abuse

I find it to be an "objectional sound" when a van full of kids are having a tantrum next to me at a stop light. Should I call Sen. Mills and have him pull that van over?report abuse

Yeah its great for me, working the night shift, when I get home on saturday morning, trying to sleep, only to be awakened by two dozen damned harley davidsons going up the hill in first gear to get the maximum amount of noise possible out of those pieces of junk.

Lets enforce noise pollution laws on motorcycles too, or at least allow me to string a high tension cable across the street.report abuse
