Whether a deer was involved or she was just not paying attention, a seat belt would have kept her in the car instead of where she ended up half out of it.report abuse

There is more to this story then anyone really knows, how can someone be "partially ejected" but yet get burns? And be under the vehicle... don't jump to conclusions before you actually know the who story!report abuse
