So far, in my opinion, both Thompson and Cotta have ducked the environmental and flood problems associated with the high water levels in China Lake during their respective terms as legislators. Has anyone ever heard either Thompson or Cotta take a public position, one way or the other, on China Lake?

I’d like to hear what if anything Mr. Doyon has done to inform himself of the problems with China Lake. Will Mr. Doyon take a position, any position, and engage in a debate about what the problems and risks are of using the China Lake Outlet Dam for impoundment and not flood control as it was designed?report abuse

I graduated high school with Chris. Can't believe he's running for office; he was always on the quiet side (and nice). Here's one of his webpages which contains a link to his interest of "machine life and artificial intelligence:"

Didn't realize he was a "religious studies" major. This seems so far off the path of machine life, etc. And I can't imagine how libertarian-thought mixes with being a democrat! Talk about a contradiction...report abuse
