I know plenty of guys who are sincere in their opinions but I would never want some of them to be president, or to hold any other elected office. It takes more than just sincerity or a willingness to follow thru on personal convictions and values.

Ron Paul's problem is that a few of his... um... ideas... are wacky and contrary to the best interest of this country.report abuse

Great article! Ron Paul is accused of adhering to the Founder's logic too strictly. Their superior wisdom created the most freedom for it's people. It developed the greatest nation in the history of the world.

Since we have deviated from the principles of the Constitution, America has rightfully suffered. "If it works, don't fix it."

Now college professors teaching political science
insist on throwing away the founder's most considered warnings. God help us.report abuse
