Why didn’t the Town buy the lot next to the Town Office when it was less than $35,000.00 just 5 or 6 years ago? I agree the Town has an interest in keeping something bad off that corner but zoning would do that if this Town could get its act together and zone.

Right now its like the wild west in China and that holds down property values because who wants to build an expensive house when anything can go in nest door? Good zoning is good business and good for everyone. Stupid is just stupid.report abuse
