Thousands of men women and children have perished in obedience to the Watchtower leaders convoluted ever evolving stance on rejection of "whole blood".

It's like this:It's just like not being allowed to eat a ham sandwich (whole blood) but you can scrape the mayo off the bread and eat it, eat the ham, eat the cheese and eat the bread but not all in the same bite ( JW can have all the 'fractions' of blood).

Only a cult apologist would compare the dress preferences of a group like the Amish with the cult DEATHS of children.

I commend the factual article on the many prudent reasons to lessen blood usage in Maine hospitals. I also am dismayed to note the usual commentary vitriole over how others choose to accept or reject certain medical treatments, since it is foremost their own choice and they have that freedom. Will someone next tell the amish they cannot dress as they wish... simply because it is different? Anyone who wishes to dress as the Amish do or follow what they understand the Bible to teach, so long as it does no one else harm, should be left in peace.report abuse

From their own literature, it shows the incredible historical inconsistency of their own Blood doctrine that most JW's are not even aware of:

They called Organ Transplants "cannabalism" at one time:

This organization claims to be the only one led by Gods Spirit; yet their record shows otherwise.

Want PROOF the Jehovah's Witnesses are wrong on blood?

And that tens of thousands of people then (or more) have DIED without reason...
